Caerphilly council transport depot, Bedwas, Wales, United Kingdom.
Caerphilly Borough Council used Ebbah Sustainovation expertise to develop Technical Specification for the Supply, Installation, Removal and Ongoing Maintenance of Bunded Tanks and Fuel Pumps at Transport Depot for the Authority.
The client had a requirement to decommission and replace the existing fuel tanks and pumps system and then install new fuel tanks and pumps system and another 3,000-litre plastic AdBlue tank. The new fuel tanks have 25,000L of white diesel and 5,000L of red diesel holding capacity. We believe that there is also a requirement to supply and install new external pumps to the new tanks.
A series of site surveys were attended to gather technical information for confirming project scope work. The client agrees with the project scope information before starting to deliver technical specifications. To produce a site layout drawing, the surveyor set out to mark out the site. Also, the surveyor information is used to develop the scheme layout drawing depicting the design of the new fuel tank and pump system. An accompanying technical specification document is used to explain in detail the technical requirements for the installation team.
